Brisas is a Colombian bakery and restaurant in Orlando. We make the food we grew up on; fresh every day, and meant to be shared.

The recipes come from Medellín. Empanadas, arepas, pandebono, a strong tinto, the same food we've always made, made the way it's supposed to be.

It's a family place, and it runs like one. People come, settle in, and stay for a while. Whether you grew up on Colombian food or you're trying it for the first time, you'll leave full, usually with a box for someone at home.
